If anyone is having the problem where J ‘ zargo only casts Sparks at a ridiculous level, try targetting him in console and type disable, followed by enable. From then he should be casting lightning bolts and whatever spells as intended. This will not remove any items you have given him, or break any conversations had. This is a FIX, not a CHEAT.
I was in the CoW casting muffle repeatedly to try to get my Illusion up high enough to buy Invisibility. I guess I wasn’t paying attention and ran right infront of J’zargo. Didn’t hit me but hit my follower. My screen says Failed :J’zargo’s Experiment . I turn around and J’zargo is dead. This was my first run.
